In 2013, we had the opportunity to turn a typical del cerro ranch into a state of the art mid century modern inspired loft. The goal was to create a concept that stood out while still fitting into the neighborhood beautiful Cal-Ranch style home. High 9 foot ceiling sin the main living area and 50/50 open indoor/outdoor living space. We installed one of the firs custom 30foot bifold la catina style door expose the dramatic canyon views.  The home was featured in several commercials, health podcast and youtube videos.
